booThe kitchen is the theatre of the restaurant where everything is happening. Most of the ingredients, carefully selected, are coming from local farmers and suppliers. Inspired by delicious traditional combinations, the chef has created a menu dedicated to both seasonality and local recipes creating typical dishes giving a modern and tasteful flair.
